I provide individual counselling tailored to your needs, in person or via telephone or Skype, in English or in Spanish. Together, we will assess what is working for you in your life and where you want to make changes. If there are changes you have been trying to make and have been feeling stuck or helpless, we will sort out together what is getting in the way of you making the changes you want for yourself, and how to address those barriers. For some people, insight-oriented therapy is what is needed, for some the focus is more on building skills for pain management, relaxation, emotion regulation, stress management or interpersonal skills.
